Update After One Week of Raspberry Ketones, Whatever the Hell Those Are

I’ve had one week now of yogurt for breakfast, salad for lunch, and dinners consisting of protein choices of chicken, salmon, or hamburger, veggies, and *sigh* potatoes or rice. I really need to cut out all carbs.

My sleep pattern is all shot to hell again now that I’m back in school, and that probably means my a.m. cortical levels are once again really elevated.

Anyway, one week later and my weight is up per the a.m. weighing about 2 lbs. DANG! Hope that doesn’t continue through the three weeks I have left of the supplement.
